Pilates Studio Classes
Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing.
Pilates is a wonderful way to bring body and mind into harmony. Classes are created for any age or fitness level to improve stability and mobility without promoting tension. Pilates are also beneficial to promote healthy lifestyle and used as a preventative exercise.
AVAILABLE CLASSESS using "BOOKAMAT" phone app , which allows you to manage, view and purchase your classes.
Pilate Mobility Class
From 9th of March 2026 @ St George's Parish Hall, Thames 3500
Monday @ 5.00 pm , Wednesday @ 9.30 am or Friday @ 9 am.
Cost $12 per class, Class is 45 min long
Please bring your own MAT, towel and a water.
